Welcome to “Wining and Dining with Jim White” on VOKAL. It’s the podcast for people who love to eat and drink. Each week Jim introduces you to a top chef, winemaker, or other artisan from the delicious world of food, wine, and spirits. Jim is recognized as the “Wining and Dining Guy” for his over 20 years of award-winning coverage of all things foodie on “The KRLD Restaurant Show with Jim White” (CBS Radio in Dallas), and for his dedication to the community as co-founder of “DFW Restaurant Week”, which has raised nearly ten million dollars to help the North Texas Food Bank fight hunger. Jim is also co-founder of the largest wine and food festival in Texas, Savor Dallas.
