The Thyroid talk was great by Dr. B Ardis, I learned good information, the one question I have: I have been on Lovastatin for 10 yrs or so and Lipitor for a few before this....I have nodules on my Thyroid the past five years, doing ok, not diagnosed as of yet, You never mentioned, I come off the Statin drug for Cholesterol, which is a tad high now and I exercise a lot each week, strength training, walking, zumbas, water aerobics (3-4 X per week) and cholesterol is still a bit high, I have been on a high protein diet with the strength training gym, WHAt do I do when I come off the statin for cholesterol, and what should I expect after 2-3 months, will things reverse like you mentioned?? Can a person have both Hypo then Hyper Thyroid problems. Dry coarse hair and a tremendous amount of hair loss which I assume was from blood pressure medicine prescribed because of rapid heartbeat after being diagnosed with COVID. I go from constipation to diarrhea usually in the same day. My face swells under my skin but it does this all over as wearing glasses or a watch or even socks can cause discomfort. I had been gaining weight until I had been put on water pills because had huge lumps were forming on my mid legs. I dropped weight from 145 to 102 in 4 months. I have been to a thyroid doctor that found nothing wrong but yet was sent because bloodwork test indicated there was something there of concern. Some nails are brittle while others are just perfect. I have dry skin but as long as I use my hydraulic acid lotion you wouldn’t know it. I take Balance of Nature which as my doctor had said my numbers are phenomenal along with vitamins C and vitamins / supplements for hair growth. I figure taking these extra vitamins are keeping my thyroid from destroying me. Not sure if I am assuming this is insane. I do not believe I had COVID. Maybe the Omicron. I was admitted because my breathing was down to 75 and my potassium level was dangerously low. They gave me antibiotics and potassium which gave me severe diarrhea. I couldn’t stand up and go to the bathroom and I think I had 50 million hemorrhoids and one was so big I felt like a baby’s head. They tried to kill me. I swear they did. I quit smoking 13 years ago and they knew that and still wanted to put a nicotine patch on me. I refused that but hear me, they tried to charge me for this and some service to try to quit. I this this was a scam between this doctor appointed to me and the company selling patches. I stopped using ProAir after having my gallon stones removed. I have been diagnosed with COPD and I was surprised the loss of breathing started so soon. For 4 or 5 years I complained inhalers did nothing. I couldn’t clean my house, it was hard to go shopping, I could no longer go to the beach or walk long distances as I just lost my breath. I cannot tell you I felt it was a miracle that after the gallbladder stones came out I felt like a 40 year old. I lost a lot of years with my grand kids because I was not properly diagnosed by my doctors. After the double hernia operation I didn’t heal right. It’s like where the doctor operated is raw. By now all doctors take me as a hypochondriac. I felt the thyroid was making me lose hair by the truckloads until I looked up Rosuvastatin Calcium taken for about 5/6 months. After 3 weeks the horrible loss has stopped. Now I need help growing it back. BTW, you podcast on Statins helped me figure out the hair loss. Thank You and God Bless you!!

Thank you for this information. I have learned more from you than from all the thyroid books I have read and definitely more than any doctor I’ve ever had regarding my hashimotos issue. I guarantee I’ve got some type of parasite. Raised on a farm, still Homestead farm at 70 with chickens, meat rabbits and dairy goats and organic farming. Been a river rat, kayaker, camper, deer skinner and sometimes I forget to wash my hands ????. Also had mono my first year in college. I guarantee I’ve got parasites or something. Ordering the parasite testing asap. 90 mg of NP thyroid is my only pharmaceutical I take. Maybe I can end my life on NO pharmaceuticals thanks to you!!

love all your work!! started following after stew peters and steel truth. I have subclinical hashimotos thyroiditis, normal panel but have TPO antibodies with a multinodular goiter, solid nodules. Ive lost 40lb doing keto and IF, not on any thyroid meds. I take vitamins zinc ,d3 selenium and magnesium and drink LMNT for minerals. Is it possible to shrink solid nodules? endo was pissed I had GP do panel and told me I had to wait til thyroid burned out so he can prescribe, needless to say I never went back
